TRIMMING AND SCORING MECHANISM
( First Shaper )
The trimming and scoring sawblade cuts
the left end of the workpiece, all those
sawblades with the hogging cutters.
TRIMMING AND SCORING MECHANISM
( Second Shaper )
The trimming and top/bottom scoring
sawblade cuts the right end of the
workpieces without tearing problems.
INDIVIDUAL CONTROL PANEL
Motions on the left and right finger shaper
can be controlled independently. Manual
switches are clearly identified.
POSITION DIGITAL READOUT
All tool axles are equipped with position
digital readout which can be set to the
desired position quickly.
AUTOMATIC GLUING UNIT
The glue comb applies the glue evenly on
the end of the workpieces and it is easily
cleaned by a patented Venturi valve.
RECYCLE GLUE TANK
Glue supply from pump during processing,
the remaining glue can flow back into the
tank and use again.
